1. Do you ship to my home address or do I need to go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel. Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.

3. Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we do restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at support@shellyboutique.com.

5. How much is the shipping cost ?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS First Class Package: $4.99) The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

7. What if I like a product that’s listed as “Sold Out” online?

Contact us! Many of our products are customized, print to order, besides we restock often. Just drop us a line at support@shellyboutique.com and we’ll research its status for you.

2. How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package. Please contact us at support@shellyboutique.com for the return. Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS. Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

4. Do you ship to my country??

Unfortunately, we ship only within the US.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

8. Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we don't offer expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can't guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because it depends on your address, the post office and other relevant factors.
